•  Hiatus and Return: After a hiatus starting in 2008, the band roared back in 2018 with Are You Not Entertained? (Inverse Records), signaling their return to the scene.

•  Stronger Than Ever: In fall 2023, Dyecrest released their most powerful album to date, Once I Had a Heart (Rockshots Records), gaining rave reviews and a reinvigorated fanbase.

•  With a new chapter unfolding, August 2023 brought the addition of Heidi Aaltonen as the band’s lead vocalist – an electrifying shift that has injected fresh energy into Dyecrest. This lineup is now perfectly positioned to not just create music but to dominate live stages with a full-force commitment.

•  In 2024, Dyecrest has been performing actively, with highlights including a thrilling performance at John Smith Rock Fest. The band’s fire burns brighter than ever, driven by an unshakable desire to elevate their live shows, release bigger and better material, and make an even larger impact in the metal world.
